The paper can be written in English, Portuguese and Spanish (remembering that the language chosen to write the complete paper will be the same for the presentation);
The use of trademarks in paper title and body is prohibited;
Papers shall not have more than 5-10 text pages
Pages shall be in A4 format (21.0 cm x 29.7 cm);
Lower, upper and right margins of 2.5 cm;
Left and right margins of 3 cm;
Pages shall be numbered (in page footer, centralized);
Arial font – Title: font size 14, Subtitle:font size 12, Text: font size 10;
Tables, charts and figures in text body: make sure they are ordered and identified. Refrain from using
multiple-spacing characters in order to format tables and use unique tab stops for marking;
Paper title must be centralized;
Place authors’ name(s) and company(ies), city and country, three lines after the title, in the left margin of the page;
Write a summary, with approximately 20 lines, three lines after the author’s name;
Describe the key-words identifying the paper subject and its main topics two lines after the summary;
Text shall start three lines after the key-words;
Use the International System of Units (SI);
Avoid the excessive use of foreign words or subtitles;
Test methods shall comply with the Brazilian Standards (NBRs) or the International Standards (ISO);
At the end of the paper, bibliographical references used in the development of the work must be included, according to ABNT NBR 6023: 2002 - Information and documentation - References - Elaboration. ABNT website www.abnt.org.br.
Before submitting the paper, please read the above specifications, as well as the ones about the structure carefully.
Papers which do not meet the specifications and do not fulfill the requirements will not be accepted by the evaluating committee.
WHO CAN AND WHERE PRESENT THE PAPERS
Suppliers and manufacturers of the pulp and paper industry. PhDs, Doctoral candidates, Masters, Master candidates, Specialists, Graduates, Professors, Researchers and Technicians. Approved papers will be presented during ABTCP technical sessions (ORAL or POSTER).
RULES FOR PAPERS EVALUATION
ABTCP selects a committee of academics and industry technicians to evaluate the submitted papers. The evaluation criteria involve practical applicability, logical structure, technological innovation, technical quality. Whenever necessary, the Evaluation Committee will request corrections in papers not meeting these criteria.
